Every time I went to Helsingor during my trips across Europe I chose Hotel Marina, near the harbour. It's a modern one, but the great thing about it is that its balconies offer you a splendit view over the sea.
I also got an offer: 2 nights at the price of 165$... don't know how much was for one only.
